Mick Thompson was best open sportsman while Tom Healey was best E1 sports man . it was clear at the awards presentation after the event that even in such arduous condition most of the riders enjoyed themselves , for the first time riders it not always like this so don’t be put off the sun shines sometimes !! the dirtbike-traxs team would like to thank all the riders and marshals who supported the event in tough conditions this is not how we envisage summer hare scramble events, hopefully September will provide us in the north with some well deserved sun shine in time for Gisburn on the 21 September.
